We brought Peter in after a fairly extensive search for a tradesman to rip out existing Kitchen and install our new kitchen cabinetry and level existing very rough kitchen floor, ready for engineered wood laydown. Peter's quote was very reasonable and we are extremely pleased we went with him for our job. There were a number of complications and Peter always took them in stride and provided updated quotes when required, that were always fair, reasonable and clear. We found Peter very positive, upbeat, clean and extremely professional. He did a fantastic job for us and we enjoyed his company, his fairness in price and his work. Peter did a great job and saved us a lot of money by repairing our engineered floor. He went on to convert our garage to a study and did a fabulous job. He's a very nice guy, super polite and respectful and was considerably cheaper than any of the other builders that quoted. He is coming back in two weeks to create a shower room in our downstairs cloakroom. Needless to say we are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Peter and Laura are an excellent team. The work was completed on time and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely consider for further work and recommend to others. Peter never stops and doesn’t know the word “slow”. He was punctual and reliable, a lovely person.

Peter and his team fitted a backup pump to our existing system fitted 5 yrs ago by another company. He made several adjustments and additions and it is the best it has ever been now. 5 star. We had a problem with ground water seeping into our house from the gable end. I was recommended Peter and his team by a friend. He came along and quickly diagnosed the problem. As our job was a urent with water soaking our carpet every time it rained he juggled his workload and came the very next day and quickly carried out the necessary excavations and waterproofing needed. I would recommend to anyone who needs fast very friendly and professional service for anything like this ….thanks again Peter and team for your help with a very damp problem

I used PT renovations on the recommendation of a friend to paint the exterior of my house. PT prepared a clear quotation of the costs split between labour and materials and arrived promptly on the day. I was very pleased with the standard of workmanship, the job area was kept tidy and at the end of each day the area was left clean and tidy.
Some extra work was also accommodated without any fuss as well as PT pointing out a hole in woodwork that they went ahead and filled.
Peter and his colleague were courteous and polite throughout and worked long days, Peter also made the time to come back two days later to complete an extra coat of paint and do a final tidy up which they were unable to complete at the end of the job because some paint had not yet dried.

Thank you so much for completing the “tanking” of the cellar which for twenty or so years has been virtually unusable because of its wetness. We now have a useful storage area where, apart from other articles, I will be able to store my wine at a regular temperature and in a damp free environment.
I have been particularly impressed with the care you have taken while undertaking the work. All building work creates dust and dirt (it’s a fact of life) but when a client, as in my case, can only offer access through their house, and the work includes carrying by hand huge containers of freshly made concrete, you expect the worst. So, imagine my delight when at the end of each day the house was left cleaned and tidy.
There is also another aspect of your work which I have found particularly helpful and that is to do with the cost side from the initial presentation of your detailed estimates, the explanation of how you charge the client for materials and then the submission of the final invoice. This whole aspect is very important so that from the moment of giving the go-ahead I knew the extent of my commitment.
